- 已下单未发货:重点跟进物流进度,确认能否在节前发出,同步客户物流信息
- 已确认未付款:节前温和催款,告知截单日风险,推动客户尽快付款
- 有意向未确认:发送催单邮件,结合逼单话术,推动客户节前确认订单

设置邮箱自动回复,守住每一个客户
- 明确告知放假时间段(与邮件通知保持一致)
- 说明节后预计回复时间
- 重点客户及时手动回复

官网+社媒同步公告,传递节日氛围

制定复工清单,快速进入工作状态
- 查收所有积压邮件,按紧急程度分类(客户催货>新询盘>一般咨询)
- 更新所有订单状态,同步至系统或表格,确保信息无误
- 给重点客户发送简短开工问候,传递复工消息

- 联系工厂确认工人返岗率、设备运行情况、原材料到位情况
- 与货代对接,确认节后首周船期、舱位价格,排查爆仓风险
- 同步销售、跟单、采购团队,明确节后首月交付计划

- 跟进节前未完成订单,确认生产进度和发货时间,同步告知客户
- 回复所有积压询盘,重点跟进高意向客户,推动订单落地
- 梳理节后潜在订单,制定首月跟进计划
