01 2步告别节后综合征

分级列清单,理清工作优先级

刚从假期的松弛模式切换到高强度的工作节奏,难免会出现身心不在线、效率低下的情况,想要快速找回工作手感,先做好这2件事:

  • 把假期积压的待办事项、节后必须推进的核心工作全部罗列出来,按照又急又重要>重要但不急>急但不重要的原则分级排序,优先处理高价值询盘。
  • 每天给自己定3-5个当日必完成核心任务,完成一项就打勾,用正向反馈给自己攒足干劲,避免被杂乱的事务拖垮节奏,越忙越乱。

缓冲式调整,逐步恢复工作节奏

给自己1-2天的缓冲期,先和同事同步节前的工作断点,梳理清楚待跟进的核心事项,逐步找回工作手感。劳逸结合,节奏对了,效率自然就上来了,快速摆脱节后躺平模式。

复工后第一时间,要把这些渠道的信息全部更新修改:

  • 官网和社交媒体的假期公告,换成已全面复工的内容
  • 关掉邮箱的自动回复,更新聊天软件上的在线状态和工作时间,确保客户随时能找到你

上下游全链路同步,摸清关键信息

复工后,先给合作的工厂、供应商、货代拜个晚年,顺便把核心信息都摸清楚:

  • 工厂/供应商:确认工人到岗情况、正式接单生产时间、现有产能规模、最新产品价格、备货周期,以及后续是否有价格调整计划,能否快速出具最新报价单
  • 货代/船公司:确认最新的海运/空运价格变动、舱位充足情况、船期调整计划,节前发出货物的最新物流动态,以及是否有突发的港口拥堵、航线调整等情况

订单梳理,提前排查交付风险

把节前所有待执行、生产中、已发货的订单,全部拉出来做一次全面梳理。每一笔订单的生产进度、船运安排、提单出具、样品交付、款项回收等关键节点,全部分类登记在册。针对可能出现交付延迟、存在风险的订单,提前和工厂、货代确认解决方案,做好预案。

03 分客群定制复工邮件

01 重点老客:约定年后下单的客户

这类客户是开工后的核心跟进对象,合作基础深、下单意向明确,邮件核心是给足确定性,打消客户顾虑,推动快速下单。

【主题】We Are Back! Full Production Schedule & Order Arrangement for [Product]【正文】Dear [Client Name],Hope this email finds you well!

As the Chinese Lunar New Year holiday has come to an end, our team and factory have officially resumed full operation today. We hope the festive joy has also brought you good luck for the new year!

04 3个关键技巧,大幅提升开单率

01 选对发送时间,避开垃圾邮件坑

海外客户有明显时差,一定要按照客户当地的工作时间发送邮件,比如欧美客户选在他们的上午9-11点发送,打开率和回复率会大幅提升;绝对不要无脑群发,哪怕是批量发送,也要带上客户的称呼和公司名,避免被系统判定为垃圾邮件。

02 客户分层跟进,不做无效努力

把80%的精力放在20%的高意向老客、待下单客户身上,重点客户除了邮件,还可以配合 WhatsApp、LinkedIn等渠道做轻量问候,多渠道触达提升转化;潜在客户可以循序渐进跟进,不用急于求成,避免过度打扰引起客户反感。
